14.2.1 Saving a reusable search query
As stated in section 5.5, when editing an Edit Query form (see Figure 5.5.1), the query may be saved for reuse by clicking on "Save As...". On the subsequent form, the query may be given a name and description. Submitting this form by clicking on "Create query" saves the query to your personal Query Bag (see section 14.2.2) and re-displays the Edit Query form. The query may now be edited further or run in the usual way by clicking "Run Search" (see section 5.5.2).
This query has now been stored permanently and can be reused by you at any time in the future by going into your query bag and clicking on its name. Sharing queries with other users is described in section 14.4.
You can also create a reusable search query directly by clicking on Add | Search Query in a folder view. This will take you directly to the New Query form, where you enter the name and description of the query before moving on to edit the search in the usual way.

14.2.2 Query bag
By default, saved queries are saved in your Query Bag . This is a personal object, like your bag or your waste bin. Only queries, and query folders, may be stored in your query bag. A query folder is a folder which can be used to subdivide the queries in your query bag into manageable groups. They are added by clicking on Add | Folder inside the Query Bag. Queries can be moved into query folders in the same way as other Business Collaborator objects are moved around - using Selected | Cut (see section 3.6).
(Note, however, that query folders cannot be transferred out of the query bag.)
14.2.3 Information about a reusable search query
Comprehensive information about the query can be obtained by clicking on | More Info for the query. This includes the specifications of the query, details about the owner and its event history plus information about its access settings.
