2.5 Adding Documents quickly
When you are ready to share a document with your colleagues, you should add it to Business Collaborator. Go to the folder where you wish the document to appear and:

Click on Add | Document . (You will then see a form like the one in Figure 2.5-1.)

"Browse" your local disk to find the document you wish to add

Click on "Upload document"

Your new document will appear in the folder.
If you want to replace someone else's document with your own, you may

Click on
| Replace (or | Revise ) for the document you wish to replace

"Browse" your local disk to find the document you wish to add

Click on "Upload document"
Your version of the document will now appear in the folder.

Once you can navigate around the folder structure and read and add documents, you can work effectively with colleagues and clients around the world using Business Collaborator. You should also take some time to find out about the other features of Business Collaborator which are covered in the remainder of these help pages so that you may realise its full potential.

If you are using a very old web browser (equivalent to Netscape 3 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3 or earlier), your browser will not have built-in file upload functionality. In this case, ask your system administrator for assistance.
