4.9 Removing workspaces
Deleting a workspace or shared folder which still has members (see section 4.5) is simply equivalent to removing yourself as a member (see section 4.2.6). Although you may have prevented yourself from having access to the workspace, other members will still be able to access the workspace and its contents.
To delete a workspace completely from the server, all of the members should first be removed (see section 4.2.6). Then, deleting the workspace and subsequently destroying it in your waste bin will remove it from the system. Any objects contained in the workspace which were added by other members will be moved into their waste bin (see section 3.6.3). (For further information on workspaces, see Section 9 - Workspace auditing.)

Note
-
If you attempt to delete a workspace which still has members, you will be warned that deleting a shared object has the effect of removing yourself as a member while leaving the object unchanged for other members. You will then be given the option to continue or go to the members page and remove the additional members first.
